Design & Development

Our design and development process begins with the formulation of our proposed solution for your site. We can often rely on the industry expertise of our sales team, many of whom have decades of industry experience. However, if a second opinion is needed, our specialist design and estimating division will work in cooperation with the sales division to complete a thorough technical review.  They will use site surveys and detailed specifications to ensure that our designs are truly optimised for your site.

Once the technical review is completed and signed off by the design and estimating division, the sales team will present our final proposal specification to you, using CAD (computer aided design) drawings. CAD drawings are graphics, usually diagrams or floorplans, produced on specialist software that will capture in detail what our solution will look like post-installation, so you can be sure of how our solution meets your requirements. This is also an ideal opportunity to ask any questions – our sales team are always enthusiastic to engage with customers to configure bespoke solutions.

Commencing Installation

When you are sure that our solution will meet your needs and your order is placed, you will be handed over to the Technical and Operations Teams to commence installation. Our technical team is composed of 25 highly experienced personnel. Their responsibility is to ensure that your specific requirements, as outlined in the design and presentation stage, are met. During installation, they will perform on-site risk-based analysis of your unique pain points to identify how we can address them. This holistic approach ensures that your system is comprehensive and fit for purpose.

Once installation is complete, our Commissioning Team will commence configuration. By communicating with your site representatives, they will understand your functionality and accessibility needs and configure your new system to suit.

And finally…

Finally, the commissioning team will then initiate a handover, where you will be equipped with the tools you need to operate your new system independently – this includes delivering training, supplying any necessary access codes/passwords. You will also be given contact details for our service desk should you require any technical assistance after the handover is complete. The Service Team will be on hand 24/7 to provide ongoing support during the lifespan of your product/solution.
